There are places that are not intervened. They are protected.

La Providencia Natural Reserve is the conservation framework that gives meaning to the project. 3,000 hectares of Patagonian steppe and Atlantic coast with an active Management Plan.

01 · The reserve

La Providencia Natural Reserve

3,000 hectares under active management.

La Providencia Natural Reserve (RNLP) is a private conservation reserve that occupies the entire project territory. Its existence is not complementary to the development — it is its founding condition.

Controlled planning and landscape protection ensure that the environment — and therefore the value — is maintained over time. In premium markets, scarcity is a determining factor.

The preserved environment is not the framework of the project. It is the project.

02 · Biodiversity

Endemic wildlife in its natural habitat

The reserve is home to species characteristic of the Patagonian shrubland and the shores of Golfo Nuevo. The low historical intervention and active protection guarantee exceptional habitat conditions.

03 · Conservation pillars

A scale impossible to replicate

Each owner acquires a private lot with direct access and coexistence with 3,000 hectares of natural reserve. The relationship between private land and protected territory has no equivalent in the country.

Here, exclusivity is not measured in square meters. It is measured in scale.

04 · Management plan

A framework that protects the environment and preserves value

Land use regulations and construction typologies guarantee architectural coherence and long-term landscape protection. They are complemented by coexistence standards, wildlife protection, fire control and prevention, and waste management — all aligned with the Reserve's Management Plan.
